I couldn't beat the location of the hotel, so close to the city center and with convenient transport options. The rooms were a bit too warm, and mine wasn't ready upon arrival. The service was top-notch, especially at the swimming pool bar. However, the dining options were a bit expensive for what you get.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were quiet and well-insulated, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff, although they need a bit of improvement on certain practices. The rooms, though overlooking the back of the hotel instead of the lakeside view we had booked, were well insulated and quiet. I even got a free upgrade to a junior suite.
